- HOLIDAY TRASH PICK-UP: Thursday’s trash will move to Friday and Friday’s pick-up will move to Saturday.
- UPDATE: Republic is doing extra pick-ups all day Wednesday to try to get most picked up, if not next Monday (STORM DAMAGE – BULK PICK UP/TREES and FENCING)
Fencing is not considered construction debris, and Republic will collect it if:- It’s within the 4 cubic yard range (4 washing machines next to each other) The nails are removed or hammered down (we have had many Helpers get punctured by nails!)
- Ideally, they should be bundled
- Not blocked by vehicles. (even with our Helper being able to walk around cars, there is too much of a risk of damage to property and people will blame us all day every day if something happens to their cars)
- The shower in the pool is being repaired.
- The stop light at San Marcos Drive is on and functioning!!!
- Sunnyside Drive in Fieldcrest is temporarily closed due to construction on Hwy 80 Service Road
- We can still use more help for the Sports, Communication as well as the Teen/Social Committees – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (email or Committee Volunteer Form (travisranchhoa.com)) The Teen and Sports Committees were developed to have fun events for kids during the summer in the Common Area
REMINDER: If you are not on the “grandfathered” list approved for leasing, you may not lease your property. We reached our 10% leasing cap in August of 2020.
Leasing sites are monitored daily to violate/fine any unauthorized rentals.
- The Community Garage Sale signs have been removed and are being repaired from being up for over a month!

- Found: Male Bulldog on Vance on Monday – please call 469-875-2390 if you know the owners or can foster until they are located. He’s a VERY sweet boy and does well with other dogs, likes to ride in cars – is not chipped or neutered.
