Frequenty Asked Questions
- What is Paxton & is it required? All of our gated areas (both pools, sports court, dog park) has a paxton lock. To open the gate, you can use your paxton key via a phone application that uses bluetooth. This will unlock the gate. However; for pool access - Paxton is not required.
- I can't register, what do I do? First, verify that you have an Action Property SnapHOA account and that you are listed as an owner. Verify you have the correct email address & phone number on file. Using the same email address, register/login to the Travis Ranch Access site and link your property.
- It says my account is Inactive? This might happen if you used an old account number from a previous owner to register. Either way, the account you are linked to is Inactive. Contact our property manager for assistance if needed.
- I'm a tenant, how do I get access? Your landlord must add you as a tenant to SnapHOA and add your email address. Without a correct email, you can not register for pool access. If you are not listed as a tenant, you can not register. The landlord can manage pool access using SnapHOA. Reach out to your landlord for assistance.
- The pool monitor turned my kids away and said they were not authorized?! When you add your household members & guests, you have an option to make a household Adult member an "Authorized Resident". This puts a star by their name, or sets them to be verified by the pool monitor. An Authorized Resident must be present when checking into the pool - If they are pending verification, the pool monitor will do a one-time ID verification to verify their age and residency to ensure they live at the property.
- Can I drop my kids off at the pool and leave? No, the Authorized Resident who is checking in must stay with the guests they bring. If you check-in & leave your guests unattended, the pool monitor will ban your household from the pool.
- I'm a landlord, how do I remove pool access for a tenant? Login to SnapHOA and remove your tenants. You can also register on the Access site as an Investor, link your property, and this will allow you to remove access immediately or see who is currently registered under your account.
