The following projects have been completed this week in the Community:

• Travis Board of Directors inboxes and shared site are being established for ease of use and efficiency of communications all around
• New Committees are up for discussion and approval: Welcome Committee, Landscape Committee and Communications Committee – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
• The Sports Court camera has been adjusted and a new dome camera will replace the existing camera above to allow a larger visual range
• Signs have been ordered for the second pool, as well as access QR codes for registration of sports court and pool
• Installation of new benches, dog stations and trash cans in the newer areas of the community are being installed today as rain prohibited pouring of the cement bases last week
• Fence pickets on the North side of Travis Ranch Boulevard have all been secured and the South side repairs have begun from the Atmos greenspace to Bend Court.
• The stop light at San Marcos Drive underground wiring and cement bases have been installed
• Sunnyside Drive in Fieldcrest is temporarily closed due to construction on Hwy 80 Service Road
• Community Wide Garage Sale is scheduled for the weekend of May 31- June 1st
• Summer Splash has been announced for June 8th from 11-2pm and signage is being placed throughout the community today (REGISTER FOR WATER BALLONS)
• The main pool is opening on May 18th
• Other repairs for the splashpad have taken place and options for new toppers have been received.

Up next:

• TR monument sign is to be rehung at Silsbee Court
• Gate housing the TR transformer at Concan and TR Blvd will be repaired
• Red hand prints on the monument wall at Grimes and TR Blvd will be removed
• Electric will be run for the teen section
• Quarterly, night drive to review all streetlights / monument lighting, etc. scheduled for of May 16th
• Choose vendor(s) for Teen Section, 740 Fencing Repair/Replace and Pour and Play for the main playground
